Default laser printing on black garments

Hi, I got into the business a couple of months ago. after a lot mess ups I am still having problems with dark shirts. My set up is a dell laser 5100 printer and a 15x15 heat press. I do all of my work on corel draw. My question is when working with black t-shirts do I have to cut all of my designs? or is there an easier way, such as the image clip paper for light colors, to work with letters. My second question is every time after printing the quality and color of the image is not what I expected, how can I resolve this problem? Last, because I really want to work with black garments, should I resort to a different method other than what I am using now? Thanks, in advance for your coments and help.

6utside of dtg or screen printing there is not any really really good options..Ironall for dark and forever dark do sort of okay...but in any transfer that you press you will have to trim...bummer I know the ironall and forever dark is for inkjets I think...check with our vendors and see what the recommend for laser printers
