Hi All, I have a cheerleading job. I just received fitted tank tops that have a bra-like lining. What do you recommend to use as a cushion in the shirt or under it in order to make the transfer adhere evenly? Thanks for the help

I bought from stahls a kit with different sizes of foam covered in a "vinyl" like covering. They worked very well. I would not know about something homemade, obviously something that would melt or burn, heck you might could make what stahls sells.
