Unhappy Poly/cotton mix, and print onto Flex

Hey guys, just started up my t-shirt business.

Things are going ok, craft robo lived up to my requirements,

But im having trouble,
I can heat press Flex on 100% cotton (170 degrees, 20 secs)
I can heat press Flex on 100% Polyester (170 degrees, 20 secs)

But a mix of the two ie 50% 50% its a no go- bits melt on while others pell straign off

Also some of my clients want small compicated logo, which is a no go with a plotter such as the CRaft robo, what would be the best affordable option of ink printing onto Flex.

any help would be amazing and appricated! (spencer@13am.co.uk)

Spencer,
