Default Imprintables customer service

I have been trying to get in touch with Josh from imprintables for the past three days. I have sent an email and called him three days in a row and have not recieved any response. Not too happy with the customer service. However they do have transfer vinyl on overstock sale so I guess when you have good pricing (because of the sale) customer service is not that much of a priority. Has anyone else had this problem or is it just me

Josh is a good guy and Imprintables a good company. Did you call Imprintables directly or just looking for Josh specifically?

Imprintables customer service is usually top notch.

Have you tried calling their direct line 1-800-347-0068 (to speak with someone else) in case Josh is out of the office for a while? Sometimes people attend tradeshows or go on vacation or get sick.

I order from Imprintables often and haven't had any problems, Josh isn't my sales rep ,but occassionaaly he answers the phone or if my rep is gone he offers me a lot of help.

Josh and Imprintables , they are great, very friendly, helped me with a purchase. I'm starting up, he helped me make sure I had everything I needed, not a lot of useless xtras, a great price and called me a couple of times to make sure I am happy with the products and if I had any probs./questions. Im still a newbie, but their support has helped me alot, he,s prob at a trade show, or something. Try To P.M. him?? All in all the best ive dealt with, (being a newb I dealt with ALOT of places trying to sell me things I didnt need) I could go on and on>>>>>>>>>>>>.................

I contacted Josh earlier this week just fine, I used the phone number listed in the Exclusive Discounts section. I didn't order anything but samples (my first attempt at heat press vinyl since Roland's HTM, which was disappointing), he seemed decent and I've only heard decent things about him.

I would like to thank everyone that responded to my message. From the responses it seems like IT IS JUST ME! .

The only reason I was a little dissappointed is that I was told that he was in the office on the phone two times I called and to leave a message and I still did not get a response but I suppose things happen and from all the positive response I recieved from all of you Im guessing there was probably a good reason for it.

Hi Leo

I've sent a response by PM - sorry for giving you a bad first impression.

Thank you all for the positive feedback as well.
