Default I ruined a few shirts... Can I save them?

I just heat pressed a logo on my friend's shirts and turned out I used the wrong logo... So, I know this is pretty desperate but is there any way to remove the logo from the shirt? My friend needs those shirts tomorrow at an exhibition and there's no time to get new shirts from my supplier...

I feel so terrible about causing this mess, is there anything that can be done???

Oh, of course... Cotton shirt, heat pressed vinyl (white). I just got a message a minute ago and he told me he could possibly manage with the shirts I screwed up... But now that the cat is out of the bag - how do I fix things like this? Or do I fix them at all?
