we are trying to start a small busnius by saling bands shirt and that kinda shirts
and we dont have that knowlege about the right equipments to get that fine quality prints on the shirts.

so what kinda of printers , papers and ink is proper for this priting style for reasonable price .

and is A3 sized paper is enough ?!

That type of shirt is normally screen printed. Home heat transfers should only be done on white or light shirts. If you want black shirts, you'll need to have custom plastisol transfers made, or have the shirts screen printed.

can we use plastisol ink with normal printer
A3 size epson printer or HP printer

You cannot use plastisol inks in your epson or Hp printer . The plastisol ink is used to to screen print a transfer or a t shirt ect . Get you a screen printing setup! Plastisol inks are what you want to be printing with!! A great Plastisol heat transfer company is First-edition! Cheap prices and great quality!! They come highly recommended. The ACDC shirt is a screen print design can be done with two screens relatively easily! The other shirt just the same. Since you are starting out there will be some trial and error in the process but once you get the hang of it easy
