Default A little help with understanding the uality of heat pressed images

Hey dudes,

Okay i am slowly learning the ways of t-shirt printing. . . not quite all the way there yet tho (infact im actually yet to print a t-shirt at all)

But what it is is that i think i have made the choice to go the ways of heat pressing!

but what im confused about is the quality of heat pressing

can i ask: -

Does the quality of the t-shirt design depend on the printer you use to print the design?

Or

Is it the quality of the paper you print your design on (not sure of the name of the thing you print on is. . . transfer maybe??)

many thanks

yes to both...the quality of the pressed image will depend on the printer/ink/transfer paper as well as the press time/temp/pressure. Another factor to keep in mind is having the correct ICC profile for the program/printer/ink you are using
