Default What format to print

Using epson c88+, messing around with various programs. Does it make a difference as far as what file format we save as..to print. For instance if i'm using photoshop..should i print from photoshop in .psd....or should i format .jpeg and print it from windows picture viewer etc..

Any input would be appreciated.

Thanks
Zach

Use what you're most comfortable and familiar with.

Sometimes I print from Corel, but more often than not I save the file as a jpeg (as well as a corel file) and print from MS Publisher.

It's really a matter of your own comfort zone, and what you feel gives you the most control.

If you are going to save as a jpeg, just make sure you have the file sized to your specs so that you don't have to stretch it up to print.
