Default HELP!! Vendor needed for small run.....

We are looking for a vendor that can offer a 2 to 4 color transfer for a small run of approx. (12-25) transfers that won't cost us $6+ per sheet. Am I being too unrealistic to think it's possible to do small runs on occassion and not have to charge $12+ per shirt?? Yes, we are new so any recommendations are welcomed!!

We talked with Barry at Versatranz and he helped us get a grip on ganging and sending orders in to be more cost effective for us. So we are learning more and more everyday. Thank you so much for your help as well!
