So on my previous post used a FM Expressions Plastisol Transfer, and then used a HotFixFilm Foil.
I think I used too much heat when applying the foil over the Plastisol Transfer and the foil did not adhere to the entire design. But it did not turn out bad at all. It looks like a distressed foil transfer. I did it on 3 different shirts and they all came out about the same.
Not sure if you're supposed to wash the shirt after applying foils, especially to get rid of excess foils on the edges, but I did. After the wash the end product without the edges looked good.
After showing the finished shirt to a few different customers, now I have customers waiting for shirts with the same design outcome.

. Distressed Foil Design. Because of the process, I guess each shirt will be different from another. Customers liked it because it wasn't too metallic, and it almost looks like just foil accents to the design.
Some of my questions are...
Other than washing prior to selling is there a process to get rid of excess foil on the design?
Has anyone had this type of experience with foil application on Plastisol transfers?
