Default Where to get a CISS for a D120

Does anyone know where i can get a good (not half cut) CIS system for my D120. I want to use durabright pirment ink if possible or pigment ink. I also want to get another D120 for sublimation printing. Will I be able to get the CISS for sublimation ink and the ink to go with it. Also is there a decent budget priced ink for sublimation that will last for some time before fading?

In short, can anyone point me to a good supplier in the UK (if possible) or the US.

Many thanks

Thanks for your help guys. I have been thinking of trying out ebay but there again there is not much difference from other sites. I will try out the US stores though, all i'm afraid about is being stung by customs like last time.

Hi,

Check out SuperjetUsa, I believe they would sell cis systems for your D120.
I own an Epson C110 (Aus version), there is the Epson C120 (US version) and there is the D120 (UK version). They are pretty much all the same in looks and cartridge wise, but they all do differ in the types of inks they come with. I was checking out some cis systems on ebay to suit my printer and did some research on the chips that come with the cartridges. Most of the chips are from china that states that all 3 printer models are compatible. I made the mistake of purchasing a C120 cis with pigment inks from SuperJetUSA. This arrived within 5 days of payment (great delivery), but only to find out that the chips did not suit my c110! However the company manufacturing the chips stated that they are all compatible! You ask why did I order a c120 when I have a c110? well because I didn't see my model on their list. So I got back to them and they were more than happy to send me out some chips to suit my c110. dumbass mistake .
Moral of this story is that I was happy with the service and pricing from SuperjetUSA but most of all their customer service. It cost me $119 US including shipping with pigment inks.
I reckon they would have your model.
Regards,

I forgot to mention that I am purchasing Heat Transfer refill inks from INKJETCARTS in the US. You might wanna give them a try also and see if they can help you out. They offer refillable carts which I was thinking of getting but ended up with a cis instead.

Hi Guys,

Just an update on my original question here. I decided to get another D120 which I find to be pretty good and reliable. I also didnt realise the big difference in in price the SawGrass subli ink and shocked to find it came to allmost £300 ($600 ish) But i did find a genuine eBay seller who sold it for £210 including VAT & Delivery, and a big saving to be had.

I know what you guys are probably thinking and that is that it cant be genuine. What I did is ask the seller if it was genuine and if they were infact an authorised seller as stated in their listings. Naturally they said yes and then I went to SawGrass website and found the customer service and asked them if they were genuine. They responded quickly and confirmed that they were and that it would come directly from SawGrass and not the seller.

To my amazement, it came 2 days later in all the SawGrass stationary, tape and so on and even had a note from the sales guy who confirmed it to me.

LOL I know its a long note but I just wanted to point out that you can get genuine bargains on ebay if you do your homework.

ummmmmmm! ok I am done now and thanks for your time.

Paulo
