Wink need pigment inks for epson r1400 cartridges or bulk system.
Hello,
I would like to purchase an epson r1400 printer but, I need pigment inks and cartridges or ciss. Is there such items for this system or should I just get the r1800? Trying to get items together to start making Tees. Any info would be appreciated.

will it affect anything with the heads since the r1400 is ment for dye inks. and your going to put pigment inks in it

I actually saw a CIS for the Epson 1400 on inksupply.com's site a few minutes ago... here's the link: Continuous Flow System for Epson Stylus Photo 1400 - Inksupply.com

In addition, I just switched to their Heat Transfer ink for Epsons, and so far, it is terrific!! The black is a really deep black, unlike the Durabrite ink.

A cheaper solution to your problem is to use refillable cartridges. That's what I bought when I decided not to use Durabrite carts anymore. I bought mine from inkjetcarts.us who delivered a great product and had excellent customer service. I wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again.
