Default Can you help me out with a desicion

So I'm trying to choose what transfer paper I want to get...

some info:
I have a large format(13x19) printer that has vivera pigment ink in it.
With a Hotronix 16x20 swinger.
I would also like to use some form of self weeding if possible.

What your take on what I should get?

ps..can you heat transfer to a thermal?

Many members like the Jet Pro Sofstretch and IronAll papers. I don't know of any self weeding inkjet papers. The only ones I have read about are for laser printers. Search for post that discuss Image Clip or Dura Cotton. These are laser papers.
Perhaps somebody with more experience can suggest a self weeding inkjet paper.

I am using Jet Pro Sofstretch with inkjet and the polymer window is hardly noticeable. It also has a fairly soft hand.

Check out Coastal Business (forum sponsor) for more info on the inkjet papers.

The one self-weeding inkjet paper that I've tried was horrible. I'm getting a sample of another paper later this week and I'll try that one, but supposedly you cannot use it for photographs or areas that have very light ink coverage.

I recommend anyone using inkjet transfer to have a plotter for trimming their more complex designs, but I do know that that's a fairly large investment and not everyone can do it.
