Default X-it - lithograph transfer? T-BOT help!

T-bot u around? This is for you and of course anyone else on the mega forum who can help (know T-Bot you're well aware of this company X-IT who make high quality heat transfers).

Found this company "x-it".......one of their transfers and wondering if can identify the process that was used to make it. 99% is lithograph-matte (or gloss) but need some second opinions. Soft to the touch, very fine halftones, and has "X-it!" as copyright on the bottom.

See part of photo to help identify:

Thanks guys!
