I have read a lot of info on getting started on heat transfer printing, really good information ,Thanks to everyone for your input.
My questions are these.
Do I use an ink jet or laser printer?
Do I have to buy a special ink?
Can I buy special cartridges that i can refill myself? Or do I need to?
I have an Epson R380 photo printer, can I use this?
I have no idea what's what.
Please advise

I think if you read the forum threads appropriate to your question, your questions will be answered..
in short:
you can use inkjet or laser...depends on the paper process you choose
do you need special ink...yes...and no..depends if pigment/dye or dye sub
can you refill yourself..yes..some do..some have good luck..some don't
depends on if it has pigment ink

There is no short cut to get an understanding of this biz...do your reading and learn more
