Default Transfer Paper , Opaque For Dark Colors.

Hi all,
I’m new at all this. And have hundreds of question! But, lets start with this. I have been looking into the T-Shirt Transfer Paper , Opaque For Dark Colors.

I see there are two types:
one step
two steps.

Which one works best

Any other information would be great!!

The best I've seen is the Forever Film. Checkout ICC's website for info International Coatings or Forvever's website Forever Digital Transfer Applications Technology
