Default A Couple of Rookie Heat Press Questions

I need to be able to print a small (about 1.5" x 1.5") logo on t-shirt sleeves. Can this be done (if so, how?) with a 16" x 16" heat press or do I need to buy a second smaller 4"x6" type of heat press just to do sleeves?

Also, with plastisol transfers, is it necessary to trim down the edges to the very edge of the design like with normal transfer paper, or does just the plastisol remain on the shirt (and not the invisible film like layer left by normal transfer paper on blank patches)?

no you dont have to trim anything with plastisol transfers, only the ink will transfer

I've done sleeves on my 15x15 press, and what I've found works best is to get a small mousepad or one of the Tee-Pad-Its that is just bigger than the design you're pressing to put under the sleeve and elevate it off the lower platen. This keeps all the heat and pressure focused exactly where you need it.
