Default Heat press & rhinestones

Can any one offer any information about applying rhinestones to t-shirts using a heat press? I know it can be done, but I would love any tips you all can provide. Also, any advice on a good supplier of the rhinestones would be much appreciated.

Here's a related thread I found with the forum search that has some info on rhinestones and heat pressing:
attaching beads / rhinestones to t-shirts?

Maybe other members might have other information as well...

I use Hotfix crystals and my heat press they can stand up to a lot I have found out....

I press them until the glue melts and they secure to the fabric...

remember though to put something in between the layers otherwise the glue will glue the shirt together, didn't mess up the shirt but I wouldn't take any chances.

I use my heat press for custom rhinestone designs all the time. I place the garment on the heat press, and simply place the hot fix stones where you want. I place a towel or teflon pad over the shirt before pressing just to insure the garment does not get scorched.

Hope this helps.
