Price for a custom designed one-off flock t-shirt?
What do you think of $24.95 for custom designed, one-off t-shirts done in flock and $29.95 for the same on sweatshirts?
I have an idea for one site that would supply shirts based off of customer artwork done in flock. Each design would need to be individually vectorized, cut, weeded, and pressed.
Or am I expecting too much?

I have one opinion from someone in a PM that says I'm right in line with what I should be because each design needs to be vectorized (I'd say that 99.9% of my potential customers don't know what a vector graphic is).
My only worry is that SpreadShirt is about $6.00-7.00 less, but then again, you submit a VECTOR graphic to them, not a bitmap that needs to be vectorized.

So, if Im understanding correctly - people will submit an image to you whether it be a graphic, a photo or a photoshopped image.. and you are going to trace over that image as a vector?
Re: Price for a custon designed one-off flock t-shirt?
That's an amazingly low price. I don't know about you but when I create vector graphics they can take many many hours depending on the detail. There are not many people who can create a vector graphic that looks realistic.
Or would you just send them through an 'auto-trace' tool? Because if that is the case it would do the most of it quickly but you could still find yourself doing little touch-ups and edits to it - even for hours - since the livetrace isn't always 100% accurate.
