I am telling you purchasing a press is one of the hardest decisions to make. I am also extra cautious because i was burned on Ebay already.

I was decided on a mighty press 11X15 because i mostly do infant and child garments. But I notice the description says:
When it comes to applying inkjet transfers, bubble jet transfers, clc heat transfer paper or thermal wax transfers, the 11" x 15" Mighty Heat Press gets the job done quickly and easily. Ideal for hobby imprinting businesses and for use as a back-up emergency heat press. This free-standing, lightweight, totally portable heat press can go everywhere.

The bigger presses say can do all types. So is there a difference in what the smaller size can do?

My main focus is plastisol, flock and vinyl. I may do an inkjet here or there but mainly those 3.

Mighty is a good press...

The 11 x 15 should do a good job with the plastisol. Considering your focus it should work fine. I am leaning towards this press as well.

I use the 11 x 15 heat press when I do shows, it is fairly easy to cart around. I have had very good luck with everything except 12 x 12 tile, I had to do that back at the shop on my 16 x 20 press.

The only limitation you will have is the size...if you are not doing anything larger than the press you are good..I personally never try to press anything more than an inch under the press size..so with 11x15 I would only do 10x14..that is just my rule of thumb in case there is a heat drop off at the edges...but all in all the mighty press line has good reputation

We bought the 11 x 15 Mighty Press to bring to shows and to use as a backup press. Our other press is a 15 x 15 Swingaway. We love the Mighty Press and we use it now most of the time! In fact, as I write this, my partner is in another room pressing tote bags that a local political committee ordered to raise funds and encourage people to vote. It's a great little press and much more versatile than we'd ever imagined it would be. We use it with transfer paper as well as with plastisol transfers.

Are you talking about this one:

I would not go with the lite. It costs less and it should based on what little I know about it. Josh at Imprintables Warehouse (forum sponsor) said the Porta was a much better press.
