more than a month ago I ordered a sample pack. The pack never arrived. I tried several times to reach them through their website and the order form: no answer. because I live in belgium, europe calling to them should cost me to much. I already paid of course and the shipping costs are more expensive then the pack itself; Anyone had the same problem or knows how to reach them?

Sorry abouy your luck Saar. I live in the U.S. . I order from New Milford quite often and have never had a problem. Hopefully the international mail is just really slow. It takes about a week for me to get my orders. Good luck.

I ordered a sample pack from New Milford and it took about a month to arrive - and I live in the U.S. Also, it was supposed to come with 15 sheets but I only received 9 sheets.
