Question Trouble with adhesion

I am having a hard time getting consistant adhesion on 100% cotton tees. The center of the cut designs is fine. It is the corners that are giving me a lot of problems. They peel up after a couple washes. I have used the required pressure and temperature. Any information would be appreciated.

I also looked at my daughters poly soccer jersey and the league logo is a soccer ball in black with a white background to fill in the blanks. The entire logo has a rubber feel to it. What materials were used for something like that ?

Did you pre-press? Sounds like the center is getting the pressure and not the edges. Make sure your platen is not warped. Also if you are pressing and the shirt has seam that surround the design then it may be when the press is closed the seams are interfering with the press and you are getting an uneven press. Lou
