Default Need help Re: Which Transfers to Use for Navy Sweats for Sports Team

I'm hoping someone can help, I am new to this whole thing. I have a Geo Knight 16x20 Heat Press and an Epson 1400 printer.

I have a hockey team that is interested in Navy Blue team sweats, can anyone help or give me ideas on what to do. I was thinking of hoodies with the player name and number on the back and the team logo and name on the front. Also the hockey league initials down the pant leg.

Do I need opaque transfer paper for this? Would I be better off to order letters and numbers for the back of the shirt instead of designing them myself?

Your help is appreciated....

How many colors is the team logo? If 1 or 2 you'd probably be better off ordering custom plastisols for that (you can gang a bunch on one sheet) and using stock letters and numbers.

Opaque transfer paper would be a huge pain in the a$$ because you'd have to trim around everything.

The Logo would be two colors, I am not real familiar with plastisols - How do plastisols work? Are they fairly easy to work with? How about the cost?
