Howdy All,

For the past few months, I have been a reader of this forum in preparation of opening a shop. I have found this site to be a great source of information and I still need some more opinions on some equipment. So far I have purchased the following items:

Roland GX-24 for cutting
Epson Stylus Photo R1800 for Sublimation
Stahls' Hotronix 16" x 20" Swinger Heat Press
Cup Press
Stahls" Cap Press
Corel Draw X13
T-Square from Badalou

I am considering purchasing another Epson Stylus Photo R1800 for making inkjet transfers and need some opinions on this and the ink that it uses Epson UltraChrome Hi-Gloss?

Colorfast

The UltraChrome has not rated well among forum members that tried it. For the 1800 you should be able to purchase a CIS kit from a few companies. You could also go with one of the newer Epson printers that use the Ultra DURABrite inks or consider a laser printer.
