Discuss the various aspects of heat press technology. Transfer paper, inks, plastisol transfers, vinyl cutters, printers, commercial usage, durability, suppliers, etc.
Luckily when I did this a simple run through with several blank sheets cleaned up the drum.
I'm not to sure this would have worked as well with anything but a straight path printer.

I hope you are not pressing the green sheet on the shirt. There are some first time users use the green sheet and can't figure out why the image would not transfer. Part of the reason is Neenah calls the the green paper Transfer sheet when in fact it is the red paper actual transfer paper.

I print my image in mirror image on the red sheet. I press the green sheet against the red sheet the print comes on the green sheet.
That is exactly where your problem is. The green sheet should only have a very faint trace of the image. The reason why you mirror the image is it will be correct when pressed on the shirt using the red sheet. You do not press the green sheet on the shirt. The green sheet is coated with polymer. When it is pressed against the red sheet the polymer will bond from the green sheet to the image on the red sheet. Some thinks the green sheet as the actual transfer paper because the manufacturer calls it transferring paper. Not sure why the company did that. It just confuses people. That also drives the user crazy trying to transfer the image from the red sheet on to the green sheet. Instead of doing their best to have the polymer adhere to the image on the red sheet.
