Default New Everlast/Iroanall paper

I used to use IronAll but lately I've been ordering the identical paper from Coastal called Everlast. The last batch seems to be an improvement. Instead of being flakey (and some flakes falling off and ruining the paper) it's got very thin horizontal lines on the front.
It doesn't flake it all. The blue back is the same it presses/peels the same but no flakes.
When printing on it the image actually looks a little fuzzier but the transfer comes out perfect.
Has anyone gotten this paper? Did the company manufacturing Ironall improve the paper?
