Here is some useful info, for any one who transfers pictures to T shirts tote bags mouse pads ETC. and does not have the money to spend for one of those Fancy Programs like Photoshop adobe, Jacs ETC.
There is a Free ware program out there called irfanview it is for any one who does their own editing of their pictures,it crops ,allows you to reduce the size of your digital pics,adjust color ,special effects, it even allows you to put a copyright on your pictures or add text to your pictures and so many other uses for this program . I have been using this program for years and it is free check it out irfanview.com hope this info is useful to someone.
