Smile boo-z mug press

Hi, we recently purchase a boo-z thermal mug press off of ebay. No manual for instructions on what the heat should be and how long to leave the mug in the press for. Can anyone help?

Thanks all answers are appreciated.

Are you using sublimation ink now,, if not its the only way to go,, and you have to use a sublimatable mug,, 380 degrees for 3.5 to 4 minutes at firm pressure,, hope this helps...
