Need to Register?

i cant get my pheonix phire to close and stay closed. the magnet will not hold. i set the temp, i set the time. i did everything i did before and it worked, now its not holding. i have little to meduim pressure and it still will not hold. any help would be appreciated

Make sure you are in the right mode. I found that if i am on the timer mode or the mode that sets the temperature it will not stay close. You must be in the current temperature mode.

i am......im doing everything i have before, but for some reason it will not lock down. thanks for your help anyway

Unless your electromagnet circuit got fried (unlikely) it's probably your mode. If you're in the time/temp mode, the unit will not lock down.

Unplug it and plug it back in. It should reset itself and lock down again.
