Default How to "file" your stock transfers

I have acquired over 200 stock transfers in many various sizes and designs.

I tried putting them in file folders, but then I found out they need to be stored "flat". Also I now am carrying larger stock transfers that are too big for file type storage. I tried putting them in order by their item #, but then I end up with a 15" transfer laying on top of a stack of 4" square ones, not exactly "flat".

Would anyone like to share their storage and retrieval system?

I store all my transfers in pizza boxes.I got a stack of pizza boes at Sams or GFS(i can't remember). I place tranfers inside and mark the front of box. This system has worked great for me. ....JB

That sounds like a great idea. How long do they stay good, the boxes aren't airtight, but may be tight enough?

I made a shelving unit that has 45 shelves and each transfer is placed into and large envelop and numbered the desplayed transfer gets the same number on it. We have a list taped to the side off the unit that has the transfer number on it and the shelve number on it some of the shelve have 30 diferent transfer on it. Right now I have 873 diferent transfer in the store. My web site has about 260 on it. found that this was the best way to handle this many transfers.
