Default OKI C5500N vs. OKI C5800Ldn...which is cost effective?

I have read about the oki printers and somewhere someone posted the breakdown of cost for number of prints and ink refills, etc. I have no idea which one to go with and why. What is the difference? Does one print better than another? Can any heat transfer paper be used in these?

If you have a different printer you use and really like, please let me know. I am open to whatever will work best. Thanks.

The 5500 and 5800 are basically the same machine..same ink capacity, same engine. The big difference is the 5800 does auto duplexing

What is auto duplexing?

The post I previously saw was broke down by how much it will cost to use each. It seemed one was more cost effective in the long run because the ink costs more, but used less.

autoduplexing feature is when the printer will print on both sides of paper automatically I use it for brochures...but you can use the 5500 and manually turn the paper over..

For the most part, I think the oki 5500 is a better buy...JMO
