Need help with pressing Plastisol transfers

Default Need help with pressing Plastisol transfers

Can someone help me, I'm trying to Press some Plastisol Transfers from Dowling Graphic. I'm following the directions from dowling 375 heavy pressure (45-50 psi ) for 10 seconds. But when I do that it leaves alot of ink on the transfer. What should change the Perssure or time.

yes that is correct. Most plastisol tranfers of multicolor will leave ink on the transfer. they are called hot split transfers. Single color may leave a bit but multicolor are supposed to do that. The ink seperates in half (split). What is important is how they shirt looks. if nothing is going on the shirt then there may be a problem.
