Default T shirt stretch

Hi All

Can anyone tell me if I'm using vinal print on ladies fitted vest tops if I should stretch the shirt before heat pressing and by how much.

I prestretch all fitted women's shirts on cardboard squares (with the edges rounded off) for vinyl and rhinestones. The exact amount of stretch isn't super important. Get some cardboard and make some stretchers. You'll want to start with 4-5" larger than the width of the shirt.

great! Let us know how they work out.

Oh -- remember to put a teflon pillow between the cardboard and the shirt. Not Strictly necessary but it keeps the internal ridges of the cardboard from forming a pattern on the pressed shirt.
