Default Question about heat pressing on both sides

Been a long time since I did both sides of a T-shirt (18 years ago at a sporting goods store in High School). After doing one side, do I need to use a Teflon pad/pillow between to protect the first pressed transfer. These aren't the home made printer transfers, they are the custom made ones purchased from a screen printer. Just checking, I remember using the pad for mesh and for numbers, but not sure if I need ti for two sided t-shirts.
Thanks

No you shouldn't need it for two sided decoration with that product. The pillows are primarily used for the mesh garments as you've mentioned.

Thanks Josh. Do I need to put anything at all between or even face down to protect the rubber pad? It's all startinng to slowly come back to me.

It wouldn't hurt to lay a teflon sheet down on the bottom platen. There are actually Quick Slip Pad Protectors that slip over the bottom of the press permanently. A nice investment, so you don't have to worry about anything.
