I am wondering if anyone is using a laser printer to print on magnetic business cards with normal laser toner cartrages and not sublimation inks? If so, I would like to get an idea of the process that your using particularly printer settings, I have an Oki C5100N, using any special sprays, using cold water after application, do's and don'ts and so on.
I may have the chance to do a contract for Habitat for humanity and would like to build a lasting relationship with them and I am hoping this can be a start.

I'm pretty sure that magnets will screw up laser printers.

I've used inkjet printable magnetic business cards and they work great. You just feed them through like regular paper. Nothing to it.

If you don't have one, you might want to just go out and pick up a cheap inkjet just for this job.

I do have a ink jet printer too. Can I use the stock inks, or do I need special inks?
