Discuss the various aspects of heat press technology. Transfer paper, inks, plastisol transfers, vinyl cutters, printers, commercial usage, durability, suppliers, etc.
I haven't had a chance to see the actual quality of a heat transfered tshirt... I am worried that the quality of the tshirt might not be what my customers would expect. Can somebody reassure me that my customers won't come back to bite my butt?
Nobody could reassure you. I think that call is up to you. Transfers are just an arrow in a quiver full of options. They have thier place and purpose. What I would do is get some transfers and do some tests. See if they are good enough for you. I would always inform the customer of the pros and cons.

There are also lots of kinds of heat transfers that are used in different situations with different quality levels.
Heat transfers are great for low quanity shirts, say under 10, after that quanity I go with custom plastisol transfers. I always let my customers know the options.
