Default problem with cold peels

I am fairly new to the business, and I am finding it difficult to peel certain transfers. Some peel like butter, while others pull off the shirt. I ordered custom transfers from Boo z warehouse, some hot and white cold. The trouble is the white is supposed to be a cold peel, but it does not work that way. I find it peels hot after 20 seconds. I am just afraid after a few washes, my customers will complain the designs are peeling. Anyone ever work with white customs from this company before, and how does their quality of custom transfers compare to others?
