Default how do you press transfers on both sides of shirt?

I was needing to press transfers on both sides of a shirt in the same general area. The paper im using is hot peel. I didnt want to mess up the first transfre or get it stuck on the bottom of my press? Is this when i should be using a teflon sheet? How much do they run for 15x15? I heard someone talking about using wax paper instead????? I usually separate the shirt and slide the shirt over the bottom but these are child sizes.

I always use teflon.
There are several ways I do both sides (1)Seperate shirt on heat press It is easier to have shirt neck hole towards the front so you would need to make sure you turn your transfer around also.(2) Use a pillow between the shirt which can be purchase at most supply stores.(3) Place a telfon sheet between shirt.
Hope this helps

I print both sides to, i print the back 1st leave the paper on turn shirt to front print that side, take off paper turn take off other side, i find this works very well as long as u r fast , the print on the back doesn't get cold as it heats up from the front so is still hot enough to take off, hope this helps =)
to fix it i use Teflon paper on bottom and 5 sheets of plain paper on top just 3 sec's on ( my temp is 200) what ever your transfer paper is set at

We have a Hotronix, and when pressing just flip the shirt over. Nothing else is needed and I have never had a problem.
