Need to Register?

I am new in the t shirt business and am not a graphic artist. Our local hospital is going to start using me for their shirts, but I do not know who to use for the graphics. Was not expecting this big of an order to start. They want 200 shirts, full design on bach and heart size on front, but they have an existing design they want to use. The design they sent me is in jpeg format. They also gave me a shirt to go by. This order will be reoccuring plus other departments in the hospital are planning on using me. Who should I send this to? I want it to come back to me ready to apply to the shirt. Transfer express wants 6.00 a shirt. do I stand a chance of getting it done cheaper? HELP

Ouch! $6/shirt? For 200???

Here's a question...do they allow you to gang your designs? In other words, can you put multiples of your designs on each page? Of course, with full backs, you might not be able to. I don't know what size Transfer Express's sheets are.

Back size is 11 x7 front is 1 3/4 x3.

Do you need help with graphics like the title of your post, or help finding a transfer company that can print the customer's design cheaper than transfer express?

I guess i need help with finding a company cheaper than transfer express. There are 6 colors but the colors other in black arein a small isolated area.
