Question paper left film

Hi,I need your help please. I've been doing mousepads with success but now I have the thicker ones and my paper is leaving a film in places. Am I using too little pressure or heat? Please help as I need to fill some orders and hate to waste any more.Thanks.Alice

at 375 degees i would use heavy pressure 20 sec or up the temp to 385 and 14 sec. try this u should see better results. when manuf give usage instru they r usually average. but every press machines varies on temp more or less a few dgrees. there fore u have to determine was workin best 4 ur applications.
good luck
