Default best way to put a graphic on this

what would i use to put a logo, names and numbers on a jersey like this.

and also i think the answer is no but can i take the stuff that is already on it off.

You can have an embroidered or printed patch made, and then sew over the old prints.

it would be for a paintball team and that sounds alittle expensive.

You can also screen print over the old prints, or use an opaque transfers. (cheaper options)

Most of heat transfer vinyl are very opaque and can be use with this. You can get it with either Imprintables or Stahls. Make sure you check with them what materials will fit perfect, since that kind of shirt will stretch therefore the transfer must stretch with it too.
