Default Heat Pressing Jackets....

Was asked if I could do soe jackets, and so far the only thing Ive done is tshirts. So was wondering if these jackets would be okay to heat press, also what would be the best vinyl for them to use ? As they will be getting Numbers on the backs of them, as they are for a baseball team.

Link to the jackets on broder.

Anyone have any other jacket suggestions or cheaper places to buy them?

What are you going to put on the jackets? i think you could use heat press vinyl, dark transfer paper or plastisol transfer with no problems. You just need to follow the instructions of the material you are using. you will need to know if the material you're using will adhere to the jacket. .... JB

I have had bad luck with the polyester....need to be at least 50% cotton. Maybe someone else has more info on this.

Twill USA and Stahls make a vinyl you can cut and apply to polyester. It costs more than normal vinly, but holds great.

Stahls calls it Gorilla grip and Twill USa calls it Sports Grip. If you are looking for CAD cut vinyl, try these.

I have used the Sports Grip from Twill USA for umbrellas, gym bags and jackets with no problems.
