Default Ideal Humidity Level for Transfers/Shirts/Room/etc...?

Do you keep track of this?

Is there an optimal level? ... or simply a "No more than 40% or ???" guideline?

My pressing room is in fully enclosed room in my garage... I have a dehumidifier set up... just wondering what the optimal level is...

Suggestions?

Thanks,

Brett
