Cool Strange Transfer

I began by printing my transfers on my 1280 EPSON - trimed them all up and headed for my heat press - got it to 350 degrees and set the timer for 17 seconds as per the instructions on the product. Was printing black on a bright yellow 100 % cotton T - hot peel - First shirt came out fine - second one too - however with the same settings and pressure I had problems with the last three shirts in the order - either the black ink would not adhere to the shirt or I could not peel the paper away from the surface.

Any ideas of what the problem could be?

HELP

Did your press cool down in that time?

Hi Ralph,

Did you prepress the T-Shirt before applying the transfer. Sometimes there is moisture in the fabric that prevents the image from transferring to the shirt properly. I think we all have had this problem at one time or another.

Good Luck on solving your problem.

What brand of paper was it? I know with Ironall you have to peel it right away or it could have those same issues as you are experiencing.

They sell a few different kinds of paper. Their "Everlast" is the same as Ironall.
