Default Need some help with my process.

Currently using everlast paper with inkjetcart refillable ink. On either anvil or gildan 100% cotton white t's. We use the epson C99+ on a text/photo setting. Heating was 350ish and firm pressure. I let the shirt sit 24 hours before washing.

I finally fixed my driver problem that was overdriving my colors and I went and did another test. The image looked good after pressing.

I washed it inside out in cold water with a color saving detergent and dried on low heat in the dryer. I know this is not the best way but this is how most people will treat the shirt. So were loooking to get an even balance with this worse case washing.

After the shirt was really faded. I also notices some faint blotches on the shirt where the color ran.

Any Ideas?

It appears you might be selecting Photo paper as the print paper choice. This drives the printer to composite black (the mixture of C+M+Y makes black). For best results and true black inks to fire from a 4 color Epson you need to choose plain paper as the print paper otherwise black is shut OFF on photo papers. Plain paper choice should always be used on the Heat transfer papers.

InkJetCarts also provides custom profiles for better image control and they can even custom profile finished T-Shirts for a beautiful after press image.
