hi, we have a customer that wants our safety neon lime green with a reflective tape. problem is we never applied any heat transfers before. the specs. on the tape are as follows: KT reflective transfer film
heat activated adhesive
suggested sealing heat is 250F with pressure of 5 psf for
duration of 5 seconds.
we would apply 1" or 2"
we would have to apply to 10,000 shirts, which seems to me like it would take forever to apply this tape. does anybody have any experience with this reflective tape, and what would be the most efficient way to apply it. thanks for any help.

If applying yourself an automated heat press is the only way to go with an order that size.

I would look for shirts with the reflective tape already on the shirt. I know they are out there.

howd it go? man those shirts would be awsome i know theyd certainly do well with alot of construction companies or bikers anyonefind a site that does em cheap?
