Discuss the various aspects of heat press technology. Transfer paper, inks, plastisol transfers, vinyl cutters, printers, commercial usage, durability, suppliers, etc.
If you Heat Press a design using a plastisol type transfer onto a shirt, can you then Heat Press another design in the the same location, lets say a Rhinestone design?
If this can be done, what would be the recommeded steps.
If I put a TEFLON pad over the existing transfer can I then use the Heat Press again to put a rhinestone heat press design?
in general yes, use a teflon over the already pressed design and over the new design you are pressing in the same area. But you need to remove the teflon cold. So, this means your 2nd design transfer type needs to work as a cold peel.
At a guess I would think so ,Im in the process of Getting plastisol, and cant wait to try different ways.Ihope somebody chimes in w/ answers because I m also curious
