I work in the basement of a sport apparel store. Individual customers place orders at the store and business deals come in from mouth to mouth contacts.

I work from home. I have used my formal living room and turned it into my t-shirt room. I have my press and cutter in there and then my computer is in my home office. It has been working great for me!

I work from home. I don't do the screenprinting myself, so it is easy. Just a computer and a phone. Actually, I work mostly in one of the coffee shops in town... That's the best!

I started out in my basement 12 + years ago.I dicided it was time to seperate home and work, but really didn't want to create a large overhead. I converted part of my garage into a shop. This allows me the ability to walk out of the shop and go in the house and not be at work. When,I was in the basement I was always at work. I plan to build a building(still on my property) soon. I want to have a showroom and a seperate work area. I hope to do this in the next year or so....... JB

We have worked out of our home for 5 yrs, but just recently moved into a retail space around the corner from the house.

I loved working from home, but like JB said, its nice to seperate work from home. Besides we were growing to the point we had more "work" stuff in the house than "house" stuff!

I work from home. I have bought a new outside storage shed which I will be converting into the work shop for the t-shirt and sign business though. Needed the space as I have stuff strung all over my house, as well as my mothers house across the road....... My wife and I decided it was time to get a place to put it all!!!

Most of my business comes from word of mouth, festivals, and direct marketing to local businesses.
