Default Screen Printing my own Heat Transfers

I have been searching the forum but so many mixed things have come up- so if by chance this post is just the 348th repeat post on the subject; please disregard this and direct me to where i can find more info.

I want to screen print my own heat transfers, but i cant find any info on the subject of creating them- only buying them from someone else. What materials do i need, and where can i find some info on the processes. thanks
