Default Cap Press

I am having trouble trying to press these 6 panel caps. I know I should have purchased 5 panel caps, but didn't know at the time and I can not take them back. So what can I do to make it work? Any replies would be greatly appreciated.

What are you using? I've used sublimation on 6-panel hats and it works fine. I would also imagine vinyl would work fine.

I am using just a regular inkjet design. My problem is that I can't get the cap tight enough to press and alot of times I get wrinkles on the cap.

I've never used inkjet on a cap. Does your press have the spring clip at the bottom that pulls the cap tight onto the platen? Are you using the right size platen? If the problem is not pulling it tight enough, why would a 5-panel vs 6-panel make a difference?
